03Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Turnover Requirements
A required turnover must be completed before any bonus funds can be withdrawn. For example, the Welcome Bonus carries an 8x turnover requirement — meaning if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳8,000 in bets before withdrawing.
4.2 Bonus Usage Restrictions
- Each promotion may be used once per member only.
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they will be converted to real money only after the turnover requirement has been met.
- Bonuses will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
- Any attempt to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all bonuses being forfeited and may lead to account closure.
LuckBet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Please review the latest terms before claiming a bonus.
05Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all bets placed at LuckBet:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — unless a Cash Out option is available.
- Odds are subject to change at any time. The odds confirmed at the time of placing your bet are final.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, LuckBet reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with LuckBet's policy.
- The minimum single bet for Sports Betting is ৳50. Maximum limits vary by game and market.

06Prohibited Activities
Engaging in any of the activities listed below will result in immediate account closure, possible forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.

- Collusion: Manipulating betting outcomes across multiple accounts.

08Account Closure
